On NCIS: Tony & Ziva the real challenge was delivering a high-volume package of over 400 shots under extreme deadlines. The work spanned a massive spectrum, ranging from standard plate cleanup to complex digital set extensions and full CG shots. Managing such a huge variety of tasks simultaneously meant any schedule bottleneck would immediately put the tight delivery timeline at risk.

To handle the massive scope and tight turnaround, we deployed a highly adaptable pipeline that allowed final compositing and complex asset creation to run in parallel. For full CG shots and set extensions, our team built modular environment assets that seamlessly integrated with the live-action plates and practical set builds. By tailoring our techniques to the specific demands of each shot—from quick cleanup to heavy 3D builds—we kept throughput high and delivered the entire 400+ shot package without sacrificing visual consistency.
